I can hardly believe it myself - but I am excited because today, for the first time in almost 3 months, the weather will allow a hill running day! It's a killer high intensity exercise, and there have been many days (good weather days) when I would rather skip it. But it has been so long now that I am actually excited! A friend an I meet once a week to run hill repeats. Luckily, we each live near a steep hill, so we typically alternate weeks. But icy roads and below zero temps have sent us inside to do bodyweight or dumbbell workouts. And those are good too - but they aren't hills!!! Hooray for hills!
